The Buzz Los Angeles 2024

The Buzz Los Angeles was a complete success! It was a night of connection and great conversation with nonprofit, philanthropic, and community leaders. Hosted at the beautiful Soraya at CSUN, Co-Founder & CEO of The Giving List Gwyn Lurie sat down with the Mayor of Los Angeles, Karen Bass, and President of CSUN, Erika D. Beck, for an engaging convo on how we can lift up Los Angeles and those who need it most.

It was another crucial reminder of the significance of giving at all levels, and how when we come together, we can give a helping hand to those who need it most. That’s what community is all about!

We want to give a special shout out to our Giving List Giveaway grand prize winner, Para Los Niños, and runner up Crop Swap LA. Thank you for all the crucial work you do for our communities!

Lastly, congratulations to Joaquin Macias who won the raffle prize of two tickets to the Pacific Jazz Orchestra with Grammy Award-winning and two-time Tony nominated Broadway and West End star Eva Noblezada, hosted at the beautiful Soraya.
